When Zoe was days old I told her, "Zoe don't let anyone call you 'Princess', because
you are NOT a princess. You don't need a prince on a white horse to save you.
You are strong, and independant, and smart. You are a Warrior." I knew from the
moment I saw her that she had more strength than most. Today she proved me
right.

Zoe is resting tonight in a drug induced sleep to allow for
todays procedures to heal a bit, and for her to adjust.

She has a tube draining her tummy, one draining her bladder, and one draining her kidney. She now has a picc
line in one arm to help give meds and get blood. She has a breathing tube in her
throat to help her breath. She had a biopsy of the tumor, and bone marrow was
taken from her hip bones for testing as well.

Most of all she has a pieceful near smile on her face and for the first time in a long time she seems
comftorable.

We will know a lot more tomorrow about the tumor as well as what her treatment will be like.

Thank you all in my little facebook community. I cannot express what it means to get your positive comments, show of concern, and prayers, positive thoughts, and spells.

I maynot be able to respond individually to everyone, however, althose who have offered help may
get calls sooner than later. You are all so wonderful!!

Hugs and
Kisses,
Laura, Zep, and Zoe
